Rossmoor Wellness Group   

Established in 2005.  The group is committed to provide a resource for Rossmoor residents to support their interests in aging well and taking responsibility for their own health.  This means providing information on scientific developments and new medical practices; to help protect people from practices that can cause unnecessary pain, suffering, even death.  Though forums in which members of the medical community are invited to participate, through publicity of new scientific research and through an exchange of personal experiences, to leverage the advantages that residents bring to their community.  The result is integrative medicine, maximizing resources for health and fitness.
